Hayley Trenchard

Hi, I’m Hayley, and I’m currently working in the Partnership and Proposals team. I have been in Malaysia for over 5 years, with 3 years as a school leader in International Schools, and in LeapEd, designing, developing and facilitating professional development proposals for teachers across the country. I have a special interest in SEN and marginalised children.

I enjoy discussing diverse topics such as differentiation, assessment for learning, engagement, collaboration, literacy, questioning, lesson observations and “how to model good pedagogy with engaging andragogy”.

As a trainer, I enjoy asking difficult questions and getting participants to justify their thoughts and beliefs. I believe that teaching and learning should be engaging and thought-provoking, and I love hearing different opinions in the room.

Looking forward to “meeting” you!
